These Terms & Conditions apply to the registration that is promoted on and run through our website or social media channels and follows on from our Privacy Policy
You will have to read all Terms & Conditions and accept our Privacy Policy before registering your entry
Upon registration, it will be concluded that you have read the Terms & Conditions and understood the Terms & Conditions and accept our Privacy Policy.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple, All Apple Companies, Facebook, Twitter, Google, Google Plus, Instagram, LinkedIn or any other social network.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason

Messages should be clear and direct

We will not include name and surname, only name

No phone numbers will be included

Message should be in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese

Message will be completed allowing good weather

To be eligible to enter a competition:
- Entrants must register on the Giveaway page, or
- Entrants can register through the App Island Explored, available on Play store and itunes ( Not applicable for this giveaway)
Competition entrants for our promotions on social media must have a genuine account and must ‘share’ the URL of the giveaway on their social network page (Facebook, Twitter etc.) as part of the entry process.

A competition shall open for entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and/or social media channels, and similarly, shall close to entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and social media channels. Unless otherwise stated, these times and dates are set to those for UTC (Co-ordinated Universal Time).
Any entries received after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason after the closing date.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of all of these terms

The registration commences on Sunday 2nd of January 2021 and there is no closing date
In order to enter, the entrants must complete the entry form on the giveaway page

We may undertake publicity activities relating to competitions and prize awards. The winner therefore agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of town or region of residence in any post-prize-winning publicity names, surnames, towns or regions of residence and prize details.
All other personal details collected as part of the competition will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

The personal information collected as part of the entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and for future marketing and promotional purposes only through Planet Explored Ltd.
Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other company, promoter, its related bodies corporate for these purposes.
