Restaurants
Heritage Awali is located in the Domaine de Bel Ombre. This Estate has a selection of 12 restaurants, which are sure to tantalise the taste buds of legion! From Mauritian, Japanese, Pan-Asian, Indian, to French cuisine, you can have it all. We recommend Gin’Ja, which is the Pan-Asian restaurant, and easily one of the best eateries in Mauritius. Le Palmier is an amazing place to have a light lunch while basking in the sun and digging your toes in the sand.
Bar
Zenzi Bar is Awali’s watering hole. Grab a cocktail or a beer while enjoying some time on the beach. This bar is open from 10 A.M. to Midnight, and serves pancakes from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M.
Heritage Nature Reserve
Be it on foot, by buggy, quad bike or 4X4 in the early morning or at sunset, guests of Heritage Awali can live a unique experience reminiscent of African Safaris at the Heritage Nature Reserve. With its array of tropical flora and fauna, as well as magnificent waterfalls, this area is sure to please nature lovers. The hotel is also located nearby the UNESCO Biosphere in Bel Ombre, which is an amazing place to visit for explorers.

Your children will have mighty fun at Heritage Awali. The Timomo kids club welcomes 3 to 11 year olds, and there is a dedicated teenager programme designed for 12 to 17 years olds.
Infants can also be taken care of, if you wish, by 6 fully-trained baby nurses. If you want to have a night out with your spouse and without the kids, note that there is a babysitter service available.
