Trou aux Cerfs is a dormant volcanic crater located in the town of Curepipe, standing at 605 meters above sea level.
The crater is about 300 meters in diameter and 85 meters deep, now filled with a small lake and surrounded by a walking path.
From the rim, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the island, including the mountains, coast, and central plateau.
